Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received.
The standard method of delivery in the UK is by Royal Mail for all parcels under 2kgs (gross weight) and all others via 3rd party courier service. Delivery may takes up to 4 to 5 days from the date of despatch. Our Express Delivery service (usually within 1or 2 working days) will give you quicker service with sms alerts and rescheduling options. We have several weight categories for UK parcels (see Postage detail tab) which include both post and packing costs. For non-UK Mainland addresses such as Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland charges are quoted separately. Please choose the correct shipping destination or we may be unable to ship your order.

For deliveries to Europe we use International Standard mail (except for parcels under 2Kg which uses Airmail Small Packets post). Delivery target times (shortest postal time) will vary depending on the EU postal zone.
- EU Postal Zone 1- Ireland, Germany, France, Netherland, Holland, Belgium, and Luxembourg - Usually 2 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 2 - Denmark, Austria, Liechtenstein - Usually 3 to 4 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 3 - Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Slovakia - Usually 3-4 working days
- EU Postal Zone 4 - Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia - Usually 4 to 5 working days.
- EU Postal Zone 5 (EU & Non EU)- Greece, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Lithuania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Latvia, Iceland - Usually 4-8 working days.
- Non EU Postal Zone 6- USA- 4-8 working days. (CURRENTLY SUSPENDED)

All parcels to have a 30 Kg maximum weight limit.
Back Orders Sometimes due to the stock discrepancy, if your item is not in stock, we can arrange backorder for you. Alternatively, we will notify you by email or telephone call with the option to cancel those lines if you wish not to wait.
Tax Charges Most of our products are zero rated VAT , otherwise 20% VAT may be added.

All the information you give at the payment page, including your credit or debit card numbers, is encrypted using 128 bit encryption. The information is then taken off the internet and passed to the bank on a secure private link.

Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you receive. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased we will provide you with a refund or replacement. Please see our returns policy for details.
Natco Online cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in any way in transit. Replacements will be on a discretionary basis only.
If we are unable to deliver to your address and the orders returns back for various reasons like incomplete/wrong address, no response or inaccessible (flats) then no refund will be provided and may incur resend cost.

Returns Policy You may return goods within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, or provide a replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us, in the first instance, by email. We require you to return the goods to us for inspection the cost of returning goods to be borne by you. On inspection, if goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of postage/return in addition to the cost of the goods. Natco Online will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you get proof of posting.
