This recipe makes a fabulous entrée or light meal served with crusty bread.

Feta cheese

Lemon, zest and juice

Garlic, crushed

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Break the feta into pieces and place in a 20cm ovenproof dish. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice and zest.
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic then drizzle over the feta. Add a sprinkle of oregano, chilli flakes and season with freshly ground black pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve with the crusty baguette.
