- Chickpeas

Directions
- Drain the chickpeas and finely chop the garlic.
- Add the chopped garlic, chickpeas, cumin, coriander, salt and olive oil into the blender and blend slowly adding water to obtain desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with paprika to season and serve with bread or vegetable sticks.
