- Chicken breast
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Chop the garlic clove, and cut the chicken into large chunks.
- In a large mixing bowl add the chicken, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, cayenne pepper and ground black pepper. Mix all the ingredients together then cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator and thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Cook the chicken under the grill or on a BBQ, turning regularly to ensure the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
