Easy hummus

Everyone's favourite addition to complement any meal. Serve with vegetable sticks or bread as a snack or serve with chicken as part of a main meal.

  • Chickpeas 400g
  • Garlic 1 Clove
  • Ground Cumin 2 Tsp
  • Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Olive oil 1 Tbsp
  • Paprika Sprinkle
  • Ground Coriander 1/2 Tsp


  1. Drain the chickpeas and finely chop the garlic. 
  2. Add the chopped garlic, chickpeas, cumin, coriander, salt and olive oil into the blender and blend slowly adding water to obtain desired consistency.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika to season and serve with bread or vegetable sticks.
